1. Service Scope
We provide household shifting, office relocation, local moving, inter-city moving, packing and unpacking, goods transport, loading and unloading, storage, and related support services. The final scope of work will be confirmed through the quotation, written communication, or approved service agreement.
2. Booking and Confirmation
The customer must provide accurate details regarding pickup location, destination, date, item type, and service requirements. A booking is considered confirmed only after written acceptance or an advance payment/request for service has been acknowledged by our team.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms and charges vary depending on the type and distance of the move. We may request advance payment, partial payment, or full payment before dispatch based on the service agreement. The final amount is subject to verification of the actual scope, load, route, packing material, and any extra labor or time required.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing clear access to both origin and destination locations
- Ensuring items are ready for packing and loading at the scheduled time
- Informing us about fragile, hazardous, or restricted items
- Checking the final load and delivery details before completion
5. Liability and Damages
We exercise reasonable care while handling, packing, transporting, and unloading goods. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper packing by the customer, natural disasters, force majeure, acts of third parties, uninspected or undeclared valuables, or items that are inherently fragile or hazardous.
All claims for damage or loss must be reported promptly and in writing, and we may require supporting evidence or inspection before accepting liability.
6. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers must not include prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or restricted items such as explosives, hazardous chemicals, firearms, live plants, or perishable goods unless explicitly approved in writing. We reserve the right to refuse service for such items.
7. Delay or Force Majeure
We aim to complete all services in a timely manner, but delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, political disruption, roadblocks, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such situations, we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and may be subject to specific charges depending on the timing of the request and the work already performed. In the event of service refusal due to non-availability of access or unsafe conditions, additional charges may be applicable.
9. Privacy and Data
We handle customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing your details, you consent to the collection, processing, and usage of that information for service delivery, communication, and support.
10. Website Usage

11. Governing Law
